We take a modern approach to mortgages and protection. For example, if you would like a meeting about your new Mortgage out of normal office hours, when you have finished work, we’ll fit you in. If you have a Mortgage Protection query on a Sunday, then we have an adviser on call to help you out. We embrace new technology and developments in our industry, while staying true to our values.

Gabriel Schmidt - Mortgage Adviser
Born and raised in Brazil, I moved to the UK in 2005, which today my family and I call ‘Home’. When I needed mortgage and protection advice, I never received a service I could rely on. In short, at the end of the process, I was more confused than I was at the start. Being married and a father of two daughters, the service I received didn’t give me the peace of mind I was looking for. I decided to make a difference. Today I am a qualified mortgage and protection adviser. I will always do my best to provide you with a service that is approachable, reliable, honest, and there when you need it most.
I am a lover of football, travel, music, and dogs.

Hi I am Josie, I have an Italo-Brazilian heritage and moved to the UK in 2011. I am curious, creative, and an entrepreneur by nature.
I am married and have two beautiful children. I am a happy soul with a friendly personality, and enjoy interacting with others. I am genuine and honest and people around me see me as authentic. I am a hard worker and always put in the extra effort to achieve my goals. I am very innovative and continuously seek new ways to improve current systems or processes. I have been working as a Protection adviser since 2019 with love and care for others. I always look for the right solution for you and your needs, acting with integrity and empathy.

Romulo Moreira - Protection Adviser
I was born and raised in one of the most beautiful places in the world called Rio de Janeiro. Like every Brazilian boy, I have always been a dreamer. The first dream was to be a football player. I am married and have two beautiful daughters who are my source of inspiration. I found my passion in the financial world – working with personal and family protection made me understand how important it is to study to guide people. I love what I do together with the Everest Rock team. I am grateful to have the team by my side on this infinite adventure.
